Enduring Power of Attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney is a critical legal document, separate from your Will, that allows you to appoint a trusted person (or persons) to make financial and/or personal and health decisions on your behalf during your lifetime, particularly if you lose capacity.
The scope of authority can, and should, be tailored to your individual circumstances to ensure that, even upon your loss of capacity, you still have a say in the life you lead.
